Whiskey hidden inside robot (.txt file)

After SEO blogger Malcolm Coles revelation that The Daily Mail had hidden an advertisement for a SEO manager within a robots.txt file on the site (a simple text file that stops search engines recognising the file and its commands) from crawling the site, selected pages in the site, or selected file types in the site) last month, now whiskey manufacturers Whyte and MacKay have hidden a competition in theirs.

This computer nerd promotion ties into a nationwide competition that saw the company hide 250 bottles of whisky around UK stores. And although the above promotions may be all drunk by now, apparently there’s more bottles hidden somewhere else on the companies site… So what are you waiting for? Get looking!
